- Driver Collaboration - Assign drivers to specific routes and loads, monitoring their progress and providing updates to internal operation.
- Customer & Internal Communication - Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding deliveries team status and location.
- Administrative Compliance - Ensure all transportation activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Accurate Record Keeping - Maintain accurate records of dispatches , routes, deliveries, drivers logs, and customer information.
