We are hiring an experienced iCabbi Dispatcher & Operator to join our operations team to manage bookings and ensure smooth fleet performance for UK-market taxi services. The role focuses on real-time booking management, driver coordination and maintaining service standards for customers. Manage and dispatch bookings using iCabbi dispatch software, allocating jobs to drivers to maximize fleet utilization.
Monitor live driver activity, track vehicle locations and respond to operational issues promptly to maintain service levels.
Handle customer interactions including new bookings, amendments and cancellations, and respond professionally to queries.
Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs and maintain punctuality and safety standards.
