About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join a busy waste company in the Houston, TX area. This role is responsible for coordinating daily dispatch activities across roll-off, commercial, and residential services, ensuring efficient route management and excellent customer service.
The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact between drivers, customers, and operations teams, helping to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch drivers across multiple service routes
- Manage roll-off, commercial, and residential waste collection operations
- Provide high-quality customer service via phone and email
- Monitor route performance and address scheduling issues as they arise
- Prepare and distribute end-of-day reports
