Position Overview

The Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all dispatch operations at the spice factory. This includes managing staff, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining compliance with food safety and quality standards. The role ensures that all products are dispatched on time, in the correct condition, and with proper documentation, while supervising a clean and organized dispatch area.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee, and monitor daily dispatch of spice products to retail and wholesale customers.
• Supervise and train dispatch staff, packers, and drivers to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Verify orders against invoices before loading, ensuring correct quantities, packaging, and labelling.
