Job Description
Responsibilities
- Dispatch Kitboxes to clients.
- Collect payments from clients on behalf of the company according to the fixed schedule; operate the terminal machine; safeguard payment receipts, and submit receipts to the Finance Department on the next working day; cover duties when required.
- Handle documents/kitboxes with care to avoid damage or loss.
- Run ad hoc errands for company business.
- Work within assigned routes or any other routes assigned from time to time.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations and standards in all places.
- Coordinate collections, deliveries, drop-offs, and recoveries with other departments and drivers.
- Maintain constant communication with the Customer Services and Finance Teams to ensure availability of required supplies for collections, deliveries, drop-offs, and recoveries.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and friendly service.
