The Dispatch Clerk is responsible for processing all dispatch documentation, invoicing outgoing shipments, managing transporter payments, and booking incoming raw material and coal deliveries. The role ensures accurate documentation, timely financial processing, and smooth logistics operations.

Responsibilities Process and invoice all outgoing dispatches (Slagdol, Containers, direct orders). Create and set up work orders for dispatch. Coordinate shipments, transport logistics, and freight movement. Ensure transporters are paid on time and all invoices are approved in Webcon. Resolve queries related to transport, coal, and dolomite payments. Receive, file, and verify weighbridge tickets and delivery notes.
