TASKS :
- Follows the delivery/loading schedule in the ERP (transaction indicating proper shipment numbers)
- Follows supervisors’ instructions to improve work methods, prevent complaints or damages
- Adapts to changes in work priorities
- Gathers information to allow regular calculation of loading hours per day
- Ensures repair packages are properly packed
- Ensures additions to the schedule are properly prepared by order preparers
- Prints labels to be affixed by loaders on stock packages leaving for customers
- Records of trucks arriving at Stow, including start and end times of loading
- Inform drivers when and where they will be loaded
- Communicate safety rules to drivers along with the loading number
- Fills in the trailer tracking file
- Organizes transfer orders (TO) for deliveries (automatic basis + adding manual transfers)
