TASKS :

  • Follows the delivery/loading schedule in the ERP (transaction indicating proper shipment numbers)

  • Follows supervisors instructions to improve work methods, prevent complaints or damages

  • Adapts to changes in work priorities

  • Gathers information to allow regular calculation of loading hours per day

  • Ensures repair packages are properly packed

  • Ensures additions to the schedule are properly prepared by order preparers

  • Prints labels to be affixed by loaders on stock packages leaving for customers

  • Records of trucks arriving at Stow, including start and end times of loading

  • Inform drivers when and where they will be loaded

  • Communicate safety rules to drivers along with the loading number

  • Fills in the trailer tracking file

  • Organizes transfer orders (TO) for deliveries (automatic basis + adding manual transfers)<...
