Dishwasher & Kitchen Steward — Fast-Paced Bistro

Camelia is hiring a dishwasher to wash and clean tableware and kitchen equipment, keep the dishroom and related areas clean, and support back-of-house operations at a French-Japanese bistro in the Arts District of Downtown Los Angeles.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift heavy loads, and adherence to health codes. Food Handlers permit is required. Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
