DISHWASHER / BUSSER
Primary Responsibilities: Clears dishes and utensils from table and places in bus tub. Wipes tables and seats. Picks up debris on floor. Carries bus tub to dishroom. Unloads bus tubs. Racks dishes and utensils. Pushes racks into automatic dishwasher. Unracks and stacks clean dishes and utensils. Delivers clean dishes and utensils to various areas of the restaurant.
Secondary Responsibilities: Sweeps and mops floors. Empties garbage cans. Cleans rest rooms. Sweeps parking lot. Retrieves items from storage. Cleans and organizes cooler, freezer, and stock room. Removes snow and ice from sidewalks. Assists...
