The Services required are set out as follows:

• Assist Student Management team (SM team) in conducting preliminary investigations and fact‑finding interviews, obtain student and witness statements where appropriate, compile evidence and prepare structured incident reports to relevant KPs for directions, and close the loop by communicating with parents, staff and students.

• Walk around school and its vicinity periodically to ensure discipline (e.g., checking the stairwells, free‑play areas, HDB Void deck, etc.) and station at the canteen during recess/break times to manage students’ behaviour (e.g., students who cut queue).

• Work with SM team to ensure students report for detention, supervise detention sessions on Tue, Wed, and Thu, engage students meaningfully, maintain attendance and behaviou...
