Discipline Support Officer| Sembawang

Supervise students during recess, lunch, and transition periods to maintain a safe and orderly environment.

Monitor and manage daily late coming records.

Support in-house suspension by supervising students and facilitating reflective activities.

Assist with preliminary discipline investigations, witness statements, and incident reporting.

Maintain discipline-related records and documentation.

Work closely with the Student Development Committee, teachers, and key personnel.

Demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, sound judgment, and positive student engagement.

Salary: $20-$40 per hour

• Minimum 3 years experience in a uniformed service (e.g. Singapore Police Force, Singapore Prison Service, or similar).
• Experience in youth case management, behavioral intervention, or restorative practices.
