Warrawong and Warilla are two of of our high-care Supported Independent Living (SIL) services.

We are currently seeking a vibrant and experienced Disability Support Worker to join our team on a permanent and casual basis, delivering tailored supports to male and female clients who require 24/7 high‑care assistance. This includes personal care, the use of hoists and mobility equipment, and supporting clients who may display behaviours that challenge, associated with complex mental health needs.

We welcome applicants who are confident and comfortable working closely with clients in a personalised support setting.
