About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you will be providing person-centred active support to people living with disability. Supported Independent Living (SIL) is supporting people with disability in shared housing or in their own home, providing various supports including personal care and daily living assistance.
We are currently looking to fill 2 permanent part time positions. Please note your preferred line on your application. You must be available for all shifts listed in the line:
Line 1:
Week 1
Monday 7:30am to 3:30pm
Tuesday 7am to 10am
Wednesday 7:30am to 3:30pm
Week 2
Monday 7:30am to 3:30pm
Tuesday 7am to 10am
Wednesday 7am to 2pm
Thursday 3:30pm to 9am (sleepover)
Sunday 7am to 3pm
