Credit Underwriting & Transaction Review
Engage with business units at an early stage to discuss deal direction and structuring from a risk perspective Independently review and assess credit applications across Real Estate Finance and Project Finance, including development, income-producing assets and structured financing. Conduct credit analysis covering borrower / sponsor assessment, sector and business analysis, financial and cash flow, stress testing, transaction structure, and key risk mitigants. Prepare detailed executive summaries to seek approval from senior management.
