:Reporting to the AVP, Business Oversight Programs, the Director, Wealth Oversight Programs will be accountable for the end-to-end Tier 1 supervision and oversight framework for Sun Life’s mutual fund dealer (SLFISI) and securities dealer (SLCSI). The Director will oversee a team of Regional Managers and Corporate Branch Managers who are responsible for executing our Tier 1 Wealth Supervision. This role has leadership, regulatory accountability and strategic direction for first-line supervision activities and dealer-level risk management. The Director is accountable for consistent, effective and scalable oversight across both dealers, ensuring alignment with CIRO, CSA, OFSI expectations and internal policies and procedures, while enabling advisor sales and growth and strong client outcomes.
