Job Overview The Director, Talent will serve as a strategic advisor to the Managing Director, India, and India‑based leaders, partnering closely with Global Talent Management and functional stakeholders to align and execute enterprise talent priorities locally. This role is responsible for delivering end‑to‑end talent support across the employee lifecycle—including workforce planning, recruitment strategy and onboarding, total rewards alignment, performance management, employee development and career coaching, and employee relations—while ensuring global frameworks are effectively localized and adopted to drive consistency, engagement, and business impact.
