We are looking for a Process Excellence Leader to drive operational efficiency and transformation within our US IT Staffing business.
This role will act as a key bridge across Finance, Operations, MIS, and Sales, enabling alignment across demand planning, submissions, closures, and revenue through structured processes and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC or equivalent)
- Conduct value stream mapping to identify gaps and implement scalable solutions
- Analyze financial & operational data to drive actionable insights and revenue alignment
