The Director, Project Management, within Clinical Immunology & Diagnostics (CID) is responsible for leading project management across CID's portfolio, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives that support Pfizer's vaccine clinical development programs. Reporting to the head of CID Operations, this role provides leadership and oversight for complex, cross-functional projects, including assay development efforts, AI-enabled solutions, operational excellence initiatives, and other organizational priorities. The Director drives portfolio execution by establishing project management standards, managing risks and dependencies, aligning stakeholders, tracking progress against milestones, and ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes.
