Job Description
Sales Management (Primary & Secondary) - 70%
- Responsible for primary and secondary Sales Target achievement in assigned countries
- Plan rolling forecast, ensure Distributors sales target commitment as per Budget
- Review distributor performance in billing efficiency, new account opening, maintaining existing
account
- Appointment of Distributors in unrepresented Areas/country, focus being Ethnic Market and
HORECA channel.
- Identifying/developing/nurturing new markets for launch of products, thereby enhancing
profitability and tap profitable business opportunities
- Design and implement business plans that expands company’s customer base and ensure its
strong presence
- Responsible for generating orders and Follow up for timely payments by distributors
- Coordinating with Production and logistics department for timely shipment of orders
