Job Purpose
The Director of Wellness reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and management of health and wellness services within the retirement home. This role ensures residents receive high‑quality, person‑centered care that promotes independence, dignity, and overall well‑being. The Director leads the wellness team, supports residents’ physical and mental health, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards.
