Director of Special Projects

MassHealth is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Director of Special Projects, MassHealth Operations.The role plays a key leadership role within the MassHealth Chief Operating Office (COO) Division, supporting division-wide strategic initiatives, operational planning, and cross-functional project execution. This position works closely with the Chief Operating Officer and senior leadership to advance key priorities, coordinate stakeholders, manage special projects, and ensure momentum on high-impact operational initiatives.
