Director of Quality

• Support strategic development and execute Operational Plan through effective quality management systems (including implementing product and processes and effective regulatory programs)
• Participate on leadership team, challenging strategic decisions based on operational efficiencies.
• Lead performance improvement efforts across the site specific to quality programs
• Drive regulatory compliance, food safety and Lean Six Sigma
• Develop a high performing quality team, building individual and organizational capabilities.
• Develop a high performing work culture through the effective utilization of the workforce.
• Subject Matter Expert on Quality requirements of new project installations

Minimum

• A degree in food safety or science, biology, chemistry, environmental Health or related,
• 7-10 years in quality at management level.
