Elevate quality excellence as the Director of Quality at our leading organization. This role demands strategic oversight in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and regulatory compliance.
As the Director of Quality, you will report directly to the COO and lead both the QA Manager and QC Lab Manager. Your expertise in laboratory systems, regulatory standards, and a collaborative approach will foster a culture of quality across the organization. With your strategic vision, you'll drive continuous improvement initiatives and support day-to-day operations for enhanced performance.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor QA and QC teams with a strong quality mindset • Ensure compliance with cGMP, Health Canada, and FDA regulations • Oversee technical direction of laboratory operations • Manage audit readiness and responses for regulatory inspections • Maintain high-quality documentation across quality systems
