Drive measurable improvements in quality, throughput, cost, and employee engagement while scaling operations to support long-term growth. Strengthen a culture of process discipline, safety, and performance excellence, ensuring operational rigor across manufacturing, staffing, and all program initiatives. Hold full accountability for plant performance, driving continuous operational improvement within the rail component aftermarket.
Outcomes
- Implement standard operating procedures across manufacturing, maintenance, and quality operations within the first 6 months, fully aligned with company-wide processes.
- Establish a production schedule that ensures on-time delivery ≥ 95% within 12 months.
