Director of Operations & Engineering

The Director of Operations & Engineering provides executive leadership over workover, completion, recompletion, and well intervention operations across both operated and non-operated assets, with a strong emphasis on conventional and mature wells, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution. The role integrates engineering rigor, operational discipline, and JV alignment, delivering consistent performance while protecting working-interest value.



This position serves as the senior operational and technical authority for workover and completions and is directly accountable to the President for operational results, capital efficiency, safety performance, and value creation across the portfolio.
