Job Description
- Oversee continuous improvement efforts, strengthen shared services, and streamline operational integration across the Group.
- Serve as the Centre of Excellence (COE) for policy execution and compliance oversight.
- Ensure project management, procurement, and IT strategies are aligned with business goals and risk management frameworks.
- Lead the preparation of performance reports, KPI dashboards, and operational audits for executive review.
- Develop and implement policies that strengthen cross -functional collaboration and minimize inefficiencies.
- Encourage a culture of data -driven innovation consistent.
- Offer strategic direction on project execution, covering all phases from costing to commissioning.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and technical standards.
