Job Purpose
• Under the supervision of the Chief Executive, the overall function of the Director of HR is to provide direction and advice in the management of Human Resource in the hospital. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for human resource management and ensure thorough monitoring of human resource activities, research, policy development and implementation within the hospital
