Reporting to the Senior Director of HR Technology & Employee Experience, you will oversee end-to-end HR processes, ensuring they meet organizational needs. You'll leverage Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance workflows, manage the ServiceNow HRSD platform, and maintain comprehensive documentation. Your strategic leadership will establish a continuous improvement culture throughout the HR function.
