In this critical role, the Senior Director of Enforcement Litigation manages procedural enforcement within CIRO's Litigation Department. Reporting to the Vice President, you will ensure investigations relate to key regulations like the UMIR andInvestment Dealer Rules are handled effectively and efficiently. You'll play a vital part in strategizing departmental direction and enhancing overall operational effectiveness.

• Direct and oversee enforcement investigations and litigation

• Manage team training and resources for Enforcement Counsel
