Overview
Inkoo Municipality is seeking a Director of Education and Culture to lead, develop, and coordinate activities and finances within the education sector. The role covers early childhood, pre‑primary, and basic education for grades 1‑6, and incorporates collaboration with grade 7‑9 organizers to ensure smooth transitions and monitor compulsory education completion. The Director will also serve on the municipal leadership team, act as an expert for the sector, and participate in regional and national cooperation.
Responsibilities
As Director of Education and Culture you will:
- Lead senior staff and oversee staff competence development.
- Ensure goal‑oriented, planned, and financially sustainable management of the sector.
- Develop and improve services both practically and long‑term.
