Director of Digital Solutions & S&T Delivery

HTX is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end S&T initiatives within MHQ Digital Solutions in Singapore. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage governance and funding, and coordinate with multiple Home Team departments to ensure timely, compliant delivery of complex systems and services.

The role requires a degree in computer science or engineering and at least 10 years in project management with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement abilities.
