Director of Development

Job Summary:
The Director of Development is responsible for overseeing the fundraising efforts of the organization and identifying potential public and private funding sources to support continued growth. This role provides supervision to development staff and works closely with the Executive Director and Board of Directors to advance fundraising, branding, and community engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Assist Executive Director in setting annual fundraising and marketing goals.

Develop and execute annual fundraising plan.

Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with major donors.

Secure financial support from individuals, foundations, and corporations.

Supervise the Development Assistant, Grant Writer, and interns.
