• Neon Growth is a performance marketing agency helping ecommerce, consumer and app brands scale profitably.
• We manage millions in monthly media spend across paid social, search and emerging channels. Creative is one of the primary drivers of growth, not a support function.
• Our designers, editors, strategists and media buyers produce and test high volumes of performance creative across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube and other platforms.
• We are hiring a Director of Creative Operations to refine and lead the operating system behind that work.

The Role

• You will own how creative work is briefed, prioritized, staffed, reviewed and delivered across the agency.
• This is not a task-management or scheduling role. You will have clear authority over creative intake, prioritization, resource allocation, timelines, review processes and delivery.
