**Job Overview**
The Director, National Training & Development (Sales) is responsible for designing & leading sector-wide sales training & effectiveness based on standardized, repeatable processes. This position will also assist in the creation and evaluation of new and existing training programs. This position should have the ability to analyze the impact of sales training by assessing the strengths and weaknesses of the organization's training plans and modify it to continuously improve new sales productivity (close ratio, install size and revenue). ...
