Director, Mine Technical Services

Description

Reporting to the Vice President, Engineering, the Director, Mine Technical Services plays a critical role in shaping the technical direction and success of the Rook I project. Leveraging deep mine engineering expertise and strong business acumen, the Director, Mine Technical Services is responsible for leading all technical mine-planning, geotechnical, geo‑metallurgical, production geology, and mine engineering functions that support the design, development, and operation of the mine.

This role requires strategic and technical leadership to mentor, influence, and drive a results‑oriented mining team. The incumbent will ensure successful design, development, and operation of the mine, while optimizing performance and maintaining the highest standards of safety, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance.
