Campaign & Process Operational Optimization
Lead cross-functional transformation to redesign campaign delivery processes and tooling, improving scale, cycle time, and quality across marketing channels.Defining the vision for future state campaign process, and overseeing cross functional projects to enhance speed to market and flawless cross-channel execution of campaigns.Managing and maintaining source of truth for E2E campaign process workflow mapping and documentation and implementing training and change management programs and resources to standardize and scale best practices across squads and channel COEs.Defining feedback loop process in campaign cycle including identify recurring bottlenecks and failure points; implement root-cause fixes (process, controls, training, automation) and measure impact through clear operational KPIs.
