Lead financial and valuation analyses using a range of methodologies
Oversee development of detailed financial models to assess performance under various scenarios, capital structures, and M&A outcomes
Drive origination and execution of transactions from pitch through to closing
Prepare high-quality client presentations covering strategic alternatives, capital markets activity, and corporate finance topics
Manage due diligence processes and support drafting of transaction documentation
Maintain deep understanding of clients, targets, and relevant market dynamics
Oversee market, industry, and company research and financial analysis
Collaborate with deal teams across the Bank to deliver integrated client solutions
Drive day-to-day project management and execution
Ensure completion of all required credit and regulatory assessments
