Develop and implement business plans with department and practice leaders
Monitor financial performance and address risks and opportunities
Analyze pipeline demand and manage capacity planning for the practice
Serve as primary operational contact for department leadership
Drive long-term planning, growth strategy and performance tracking
Aggregate and analyze hours, rates, revenue, headcount and budgets
Organize partner meetings, set agendas and drive follow‑up actions
Monitor KPIs including utilization, realization and cash expenditure
