Director, Intensive Foster Care for Teens

Suomen Kuntolat Oy in Rovaniemi seeks a director for the demanding foster care unit. The unit has four client places and specializes in intensive care for youths with psychological and neuro‑psychiatric difficulties, with a high staff‑to‑child ratio to support safe, individualized care.

You will lead care, upbringing, and rehabilitation efforts with a multidisciplinary team and help establish an activity‑based daily routine in a stable, adult‑led environment.
