• Lead solution delivery across both low-code rapid deployments and complex builds, ensuring high standards of accuracy, reliability, and adoption.
• Serve as the primary business partner to central Technology teams, aligning augmentation solutions with foundational technology investments.
• Oversee operational quality, governance, and release readiness, ensuring all capabilities meet defined acceptance criteria and audit standards.
• Build and develop high-performing teams, while engaging stakeholders and communicating outcomes to business leaders and executives.
