Director, Industrial Cooperation for Naval Defense Growth

Kongsberg Maritime is establishing a dedicated Industrial Cooperation function to drive growth in naval and defence markets. The role leads cross‑border collaborations, negotiates with international partners, and ensures compliance with governmental requirements while expanding market access.

The director will report to the Director Operations, Naval Systems, and will travel as needed to support campaigns and agreements with authorities and industry partners.
