Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Marketing Managers across 10 countries (SP, PT, IT, FR, NL, SE, UK, and US)
Own marketing operations and strategy across 10 international markets
Lead weekly performance reviews with Founders and Leadership, turning data into clear stories focusing on Sales, CAC, and funnel efficiency
Act as the connective tissue between HQ marketing and local teams, providing direction to cross‐functional experts (Performance, CRM, CRO, Creative, Influencer, Affiliate) aligned with local sales needs
Oversee HQ campaign rollouts while leading local‐first initiatives such as OOH, offline events, and regional partnerships
