About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Health Services Executive Director (NZ), the Director of Health Services/Site Lead in collaboration with the Medical Site Lead is responsible for operational planning, management, and leadership of health services at Aberdeen Hospital.

In a co-leadership relationship with the Medical Site Lead, the Director of Health Services/Site Lead provides operational leadership and direction to the members of the health care team for the day-to-day operations of the site by facilitating collaboration and integration of activities. This role directs and coordinates site operations and provides leadership to members of the health care team to create and support the culture of the organization.
