Director, Global Organization Development & Transformation

Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace is seeking a senior Director for Organization Development and People Projects to shape future success across the company. You will lead complex transformation programs, drive governance, and align People strategy with business objectives, reporting to the SVP HSE & Organization Development.

The role combines strategic insight with hands-on leadership across international teams, mergers and acquisitions, and cross‑functional stakeholder management.
