Job Summary:

The Director, Fulfillment Network & Strategy is responsible for leading the strategy, performance, and optimization of the company's fulfillment network, including Central Fulfillment operations, third-party logistics (3PL) partners, and last-mile delivery solutions. This role owns the end-to-end customer fulfillment experience, ensuring products are delivered with exceptional quality, speed, and cost efficiency.

This leader will spend approximately 70% of their time focused on strategic initiatives and 30% on tactical execution, translating executive vision into actionable plans that drive results.
