Job Description
Enhance NCC’s auditing and ethics framework as the Director for Audit and Ethics Management. Provide independent evaluations and strategic advice across all programs and services.
In this senior director role, you’ll be accountable for establishing auditing procedures and conducting rigorous program evaluations. Reporting to the CEO, you will assist in promoting ethical behavior and navigating disclosures of wrongdoing under the PSDPA. Your contributions will help drive NCC's strategic objectives and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive audit strategies for NCC operations
• Conduct evaluations that support executive decision processes
• Offer advice on ethical dilemmas and disclosures
• Report independently to the Audit Committee
• Collaborate with various internal teams and stakeholders

• Education in Accounting or Business Administration
• CPA or CIA accreditation essential
