Brandt is currently seeking a Director of Centralized Warranty for our Customer Support Center in Regina, Saskatchewan.

The Director of Centralized Warranty is responsible for managing and maintaining the centralized warranty department for Brandt Tractor. This includes all lines of business in which Brandt distributes products, including, but not limited to John Deere Construction, Forestry, and Agriculture Equipment, as well as Peterbilt trucks and several other lines of Equipment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and develop all standard warranty operating procedures within Brandt Tractor.
• Develop and deploy warranty recovery policies, processes, and procedures to ensure warranty claims are maximized to the full extent of our suppliers and vendor guidelines.
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the Warranty Team.
