We are now looking for a hands-on, people-focused leader to join our Nordic leadership team as Director Finance & Administration. This is both an operational and strategic role, which means you will lead and support the team through daily finance operations. During hectic periods like month-end closings, you are expected to act not only as a leader but also as a team player—working side by side with your team, including performing controlling tasks, to get the job done.
You’ll play a key role in driving financial clarity and business decisions by providing relevant data and actionable recommendations to the management team. Close collaboration with other leaders across the Nordic region is essential to align financial goals with business strategy.
