Position Summary:

The Director, Enterprise Engagement is a senior IT leader responsible for building strong, trusted partnerships between IT and Trinity’s programs and business areas, ensuring technology investments are clearly aligned to mission priorities and deliver meaningful outcomes.

Reporting to the CIO, this role serves as a strategic advisor and partner to the organization, translating program & business needs into well-defined, prioritized, and achievable technology initiatives while fostering ongoing alignment, trust, and shared accountability.

In addition to leading enterprise engagement, the Director oversees Trinity’s project portfolio management and governance model, ensuring initiatives are consistently defined, thoughtfully prioritized, and delivered through practical, disciplined, and transparent processes.
